NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY TEENS SUPPORTING HOUSTON’S HISTORY FOR THREE YEARS NOW!

Hillary Jasso, is a native Houstonian. She is a current senior and cheer captain who attends Houston Academy for International Studies.

“While working towards getting my Associate’s degree in Science at Houston Community College, I plan to take my education further and pursue a career as a neurosurgeon.”

“Making change in my community I partner with non-profits to help fundraise housing initiatives for women, children, and the elderly in poverty.”

Jasso has served as a Media and Events volunteer for The Heritage Society for two years. This year, she is coordinating the high school volunteers from the National Honor Society of Houston Academy for International Studies.

The National Honor Society of Houston Academy for International Studies has volunteered for three years at Annual Candlelight Tours and other holiday events thanks to President Jennifer Manzano in 2022 and President Nathalie Garza in 2021.
